The on-site residents team are part of the community and active seven days a week to welcome visitors, take in parcels and dry cleaning, and assist with your queries.

Hi, I’m Kam, an experienced Senior Facilities Operator, I have previously worked in senior roles within a Premier Sports Facility as well as within the Property Management Industry. My role is to manage site compliance and Health & Safety requirements, ensuring that areas of work are safe and our buildings needs are managed accordingly. My daily focus is always the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site. When not in work I am inspired by close family ties, as well as a fondness for a range of sporting activities.

I’m Louise, my job as Community Manager is all encompassing – supporting the team in their roles, looking after resident’s welfare, making sure the building is running smoothly and ensuring our community is thriving. I am naturally a people’s person and have a background in behavioural psychology – my greatest reward is seeing our residents love The Forum as much as I do and building a community that is varied and centred around wellbeing and happiness. Away from The Forum, I love to spend time with my husband, friends, and family. I love to bake (I even had my own cake shop a few years ago!) and enjoy walking with my dog, Larry.

Hi, I’m Serena. I’m a Resident Services Coordinator at The Forum. My path here has been a bit unusual. I have a background in retail and restaurant bookkeeping, and I even have a law degree. I find that my legal studies come in handy in the most unexpected ways, like helping me understand the fine print or to keep things organised. In my role, I do a bit of everything - from managing apartment sales and handling administrative tasks to looking after our residents. One of the best parts of my job is organising monthly events that help our tenants feel more like neighbours, a community. I love what I do and feel grateful to be part of this vibrant community.

I’m Zoe and I bring over 9 years of customer service experience to your door. From enquiries and lettings to planning monthly events for our tenants, I’m here for you. When I’m not working, you can find me out on the water, kayaking and enjoying nature.
